Olivia Shumlin, Co-Director
Olivia is a third-generation co-director at Putney, alongside her sister Becca. As an undergraduate at Brown, Olivia spent a semester studying anthropology at the University of Edinburgh. Before returning to Vermont and taking over leadership at Putney Student Travel, she lived in Brooklyn and worked at BAMTech Media (now Disney+). She has traveled throughout Europe, South America, Vietnam, and Rwanda and has led and directed Putney’s programs in Dominica, Europe, and New England.
